Description: The filtered parcel dataset of single and multi-family residential parcels. This also includes void shapes, which are areas within the area of interest that either contained no LUC from which land use could be derived or that were not included in the parcel vector layer.
Description: The complete parcel dataset from which parcels were filtered to capture single and multi-family residential parcels. Valid single and multi-family land use codes are listed in the Valid_LUC_Codes table.
Description: In most water districts in California, horse corrals are irrigated to comply with California’s Clean Air Act. They are typically not watered from a single or multi-family dwelling; therefore, they are classified as not irrigated in this analysis.
Description: A topologically corrected version of the original parcel layer where there is no overlap. Parcel datasets have a potential to have overlapping features in which 2 APNs claim ownership over the same physical area. In order to ensure Landscape_Area_Estimates were generated accurately in these overlapping areas, the Landscape_Area_Estimates_B vector layer was created. This layer is joined to Landscape_Area_Estimates_A to estimate areas for impervious, irrigated, irrigable not irrigated, not irrigated, pools, agriculture, horse corrals, and undeveloped lands. It also contains estimated bias and variance error per parcel.
Description: The water supplier approved district boundary. After a 10-meter buffer was applied, this layer was used to acquire the source imagery and parcels needed to summarize the single and multi-family landscape area estimates.
Description: The Agricultural Lands Mask is used to remove irrigated vector objects from the modeling process because they are not watered via the single or multi-family home.
